Passengers

In consideration of the issuance of this ticket, purchaser agrees to the following conditions:

  1. Baggage limitation. Hand carried baggage shall limited to twenty (20) kilos per passenger and shall be at owners ‘risk.
  2. Carrier is not liable for any lost ticket.
  3. Carrier is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings such as jewelries, documents, cellphones, laptop, etc. A passenger shall be responsible for ensuring the security of their personal and valuable belongings.
  4. It is hereby understood that the company is not liable to any injury incurred by passengers except if the injury is caused by the gross negligence of the crew or employees on board.
  5. In case legal action arise out of this transaction, parties herein expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Muntinlupa City only.

Carriages of Cargoes

  1. The company shall not be responsible for loss or damage, delay or deterioration to the vehicle, goods or cargo in any of the following circumstances/cause/s due to: a. Fortuitous event;b. Fragile, brittle, breakable or perishable goods;c. Acts of terrorism;d. Acts of omission of shipper/consignee;e. Nature of property or inherent defect thereof;f. Improper/insufficient packing/information;g. Acts of God;h. Force majeure;i. By public enemies;j. Order of competent authorities;k. Shrinkage, leakage or evaporation;l. Death, escape or injury to live matters/cargoes;m. Loss of money, jewelries, valuable papers or matter of extraordinary value;n. Cargo was not declared or covered by all the bill of lading.
  2. Goods not claimed within 24 hours shall be charged and imposed 12% interest per annum.
  3. Non-refundable if issued for specified trip. Cancellation and rebooking shall be made at least four (4) hours before departure otherwise forfeited (refer to MC No. 2018-07).
  4. In case of loss or damage to the vehicle/cargo due to gross negligence of the carrier shall pay a maximum amount of P20,000.00 as limit of indemnity or pay the cost of repair/replacement, whichever is lower.
  5. In case of legal action arise out of this transaction, parties herein expressly submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Muntinlupa City only.

Standard Refund Charges

Customers are entitled to a refund provided by the table below:

Note:Rolling cargo and transaction fee is non-refundable. Failure on the part of the customer to file a refund within thirty (30) days from the departure date shall forfeit their right for a refund.
